Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Peggy Gallagher at 7:00.

This month's theme is: "Are The People I Find Myself Following Leading Me To God?"

Ending balance: $47,235.17

Principal's Report Mrs. Carufe

ITBS tests are in; training next week. Results should go home by the end of May.

Looking for a gym teacher and a sixth grade teacher for next year.

Committee Reports

Publicity Sandy Bulson

Science Fair article was published w/o the picture; Sandy will resubmit it with the article about the Dutchess County Science Fair. Upcoming articles for the Spring Concert, Spring activities and fundraisers and mention of the charities we support.

1st Grade Bake Sale

Theresa McGuire reported $750 raised.

K Grade Bake Sale

No K parents present.

Card Party J. Palkaunieks/T. Longobardo

142 tickets sold plus 30 volunteers totaled 172 guests. Final profit of $4,100.00. This event will need a chairperson next time. A great time was had by all!!!

Disney Raffle B. Yackeren/L. Jass

Approximately $4,400.00 profit, depending on actual cost of trip. A similar raffle was proposed for next year, possibly a cruise. No date for the drawing was set.

Family Picnic Sandy Bulson

Slow responses so far. Decided that if less than 20 families were participating, the picnic would be canceled.

Next year's calendar was reviewed with Mrs. Carufe; not yet finalized.

Gym uniform order forms will go home this week with a return date of May 28.

Meeting was closed with reflection on this month's theme and the Our Father.

Peggy Gallagher adjourned the meeting at 7:40
