The meeting was called to order by Peggy Gallagher at 7:00.

This month's theme is: "The Holy Spirit dwells within me.

Ending balance: $16,520.09

Principal's Report Mrs. Carufe

We are ready for next year. Registration is closed for four of the grades; enrollment is up in all grades. Will be interviewing for several new teachers. Very firm on uniform shoes for next year. Sneakers must be All White or student will have to wear uniform shoes with summer uniform. No sport socks; socks must be cuffed. All students did well on the state tests. DARE Graduation went very well and we are very pleased with the Town Police's involvement.

Committee Reports

Publicity Sandy Bulson

Once the article/picture on the Dutchess County Science Fair winners is published, articles and pictures on the DARE, K and 8th grade graduation will be submitted.

K Bake Sale

Lynn Smith reported $500 raised.

Family Picnic Sandy Bulson

25 families/100 people participated. Great weather. Broke even. Should consider purchasing a snow cone machine rather than renting it each year ($50) for the picnic and the 8th grade carnival. Sandy has requested a catalog.

Trip Raffle Brenda Yackeren/Lynn Jass

Final profit of $4,261.60. Winner is going during Thanksgiving break. Looking into a cruise for next year's raffle.

New Business

Next year's calendar was reviewed; Peggy will send the approved dates to the rectory.

Theresa McGuire will chair the Children's Penny Social.

A chairperson is still needed for the Adult Penny Social.

Meeting was closed with reflection on this month's theme and the Our Father.

Peggy Gallagher adjourned the meeting at 7:30
